The Big Red Funnel Cake Trailer has been busy especially at the Liberty Vines Center. Last night, we did the mens basketball game. Thursday we have a wrestling match between Liberty and VMI and Friday we are doing a Coffee House that doesn't start until 11 pm. Now, I'm losing sleep just to cook a few funnel cakes.

We have a proposal in to do baseball games at Liberty which will keep us busy thru March and April. On open weekends, we'll fill in with fund raisers for Children's Miracle Network at one of the nine Walmart stores we sold at last year. This summer will feature several Nascar races including Michigan, Watkins Glen and Kansas. And fall is already filling up with football including JMU, Liberty, VMI and hopefully UVA. Who knows, maybe by fall, Big Red will have a brother or two just to cover my college schedule. We're still waiting on a schedule from Richmond Raceway and should be there quite often. For anyone reading this by mistake, we sell funnel cakes, corn dogs, fresh squeezed lemonade and other items specializing in sporting events. On top, we throw in a few fairs, festivals and parades and are will to do fund raisers for almost anyone. While based in Virginia, obviously we'll travel almost anywhere.
